Returns Policy

We promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 Days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

All items must be posted recorded delivery and remember to include proof of purchase. 

 

Warranty and Care

Our 925 sterling silver, 18ct gold and 18ct rose gold plated jewellery all have a warranty of 12 months.  Our corded items have 6 months with proof of purchase.  Please be aware that in order for the warranty to be valid you must return your faulty item to us in full in order to receive a replacement. 

Please note: Our warranty does not entitle you to receive a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items.

Any accidental damage/breakage can be repaired at a small charge. 

In order to keep your jewellery looking lovely for longer we highly recommend that you avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, bath products, chlorine etc.  Clean with a sterling silver/gold polishing cloth.
