We want you to feel confident in every order you place with us. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and refunds.

Please note: Our customer support team is currently operating on a reduced schedule. This may mean replies can take up to five working days. Please rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The email account is not monitored over weekends or on Bank Holidays, but your patience and understanding are truly appreciated.

A Note on Our Business

Tanya Bardsley is involved in several business ventures; however, each of these businesses operates independently. While Tanya may appear publicly across multiple platforms, the Tanya Bardo brand is run separately and is not affiliated with or managed by her other ventures.

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

Delivery options:

Evri 48 Tracked (2–4 working days)
Evri 24 Tracked (1–3 working days)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will support you in raising a claim with the courier.

Returns

We hope you love your jewellery, but if something is not quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused
Returned in original packaging
With all tags and security ribbons intact

Refunds

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item to us, please use the returns portal here.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and security ribbons.

How to Return: Please email hello@tanyabardo.com with your order number, name, and the details of your issue. We will then provide you with the returns address.

Returns Address: Please send all returned items to the following address, and be sure to include your order number, name, and address with your return.

Up to 21 working days for processing. Additional time for your bank to complete the refund

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery.

If your item is faulty, please contact us and return the piece so we can arrange a replacement.

Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery beautiful for longer, we highly recommend that you avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, bath products, and chlorine. Clean with a sterling silver or gold polishing cloth.
