Please note: Our customer support team is currently working on a reduced schedule, with responses typically sent on Mondays and Wednesdays. While this may mean replies can take up to five working days, please rest assured that we will get back to you. The email account is not monitored over weekends or on Bank Holidays, but your patience and understanding are truly appreciated.
A Note on Our Business
Tanya Bardsley is involved in several business ventures; however, each of these businesses operates independently. While Tanya may appear publicly across multiple platforms, the Tanya Bardo brand is run separately and is not affiliated with or managed by her other ventures.
Delivery & Shipping
We do everything we can to ensure your parcel arrives on time. The time frames below are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control (for example, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners).
Shipping Options: We offer shipping nationwide and worldwide.
Evri 48 Tracked 2–4 Working Days – £2.95
Evri 24 Tracked 1–3 Working Days – £6.95
International 4–11 Working Days – £14.95
Processing Time: We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 days. Orders placed from Friday after 2 pm to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Damaged or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged or lost package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item to us, please use the returns portal here.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and security ribbons.
How to Return: Please email hello@tanyabardo.com with your order number, name, and the details of your issue. We will then provide you with the returns address.
Returns Address: Please send all returned items to the following address, and be sure to include your order number, name, and address with your return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@tanyabardo.com within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Non-Returnable Items & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Processing Your Refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that all refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@tanyabardo.com.
Warranty and Care
Warranty: Our 925 Sterling Silver, 18ct Gold, and 18ct Rose Gold plated jewellery have a 12-month warranty. Our corded items have a 3-month warranty with proof of purchase.
Faulty Items: In order for the warranty to be valid, you must return the faulty item to us in full to receive a replacement.
Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. Accidental damage or breakages can be repaired for a small charge.
Jewellery Care: To keep your jewellery beautiful for longer, we highly recommend that you avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, bath products, and chlorine. Clean with a sterling silver or gold polishing cloth.

Manifestation ritual instructions
Use your manifestation ritual when you first put on your jewellery, whilst you set your intention. This booklet, written by Tanya herself, will instruct you on how to use your jewellery to manifest your dreams.
Write out what you want this piece of jewellery to represent, and what you want to achieve with that focus. This activates your subconcious, and will remind it each time you think about your jewellery.

Make your jewellery extra powerful with the moon
Manifestation is even more powerful at full moon and new moon, it's the perfect time to first do your ritual or to manifest new things with your manifestation jewellery.
