I wanted to share about my morning routine which is how I not only manifest my dreams, just help keep my ADHD brain from jumping on that dark, scary ghost train first thing in the morning. Trust me, I’ve tried everything, but this routine really helps me stay on track and manifest the life I want!
1. Wake Up: A Fresh Start
First off, every new morning is a little blessing. I wake up and remind myself it’s a fresh chance to set my mind right. Yesterday might have been a total circus, but today I’m in control! I take a deep breath, stretch, and get ready to start with a positive vibe.
2. Pray: Finding My Peace
Then, I say a little prayer. Nothing fancy—just a moment to ground myself and feel connected to something bigger. It’s like giving my soul a hug before the day starts. It calms me down and makes me feel like I’ve got this, no matter what.
3. Gratitude Journal: Counting My Blessings
Next up, I grab my journal and scribble down five things I’m grateful for. Honestly, even on days when I feel like I’m wading through mud, I’ll find something—my morning coffee, a good hair day, or just surviving the school run without losing my mind. It’s all about focusing on the good stuff, and it really does help shift my mood!
4. Meditate: Keeping the Mind Calm
Then I meditate—even if it’s just five minutes. I’m not some zen goddess, but I do love a good guided meditation on YouTube. Just a few breaths and calming words can make a massive difference. Plus, it stops my brain from bouncing around like a pinball!
5. Move My Body: Shake Off the Funk
Now, this one’s non-negotiable! I either hit the gym or go for a run—even though I totally look like Phoebe from Friends with my flailing arms! But who cares? Moving my body wakes me up, gets the endorphins flowing, and makes me feel incredible.. Plus, it’s the best way to clear out the morning cobwebs!
6. Visualisation: Making My Dreams Real
The final step is all about manifesting. I hold or rub my Tanya Bardo jewellery, the one with all that positive energy, and I just visualise what I want. I picture it like it’s already happening—whether it’s a new project, feeling happy, or just smashing my goals. I let myself feel the excitement as if it’s already real, as if it's already happened. This is like sending a big sign to the universe that you are completely ready for these incredible things to happen!
And that’s it—my little morning ritual to keep me sane, sparkly, and ready to take on the day! It’s not just about routine; it’s about setting myself up for a good mood, good vibe, and a good day.
Love, Tanya xoxo
