Delivery

At Tanya Bardo, we do everything to make sure your parcel arrives on time.

Please note, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners, parcels may be delayed.

The time frames below are estimates and subject to delays outside of our control.

We offer shipping nationwide. We use reputed shipping companies to ship our products. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the package and the destination.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually 3 days. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged or lost package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns Policy

If you encounter an issue with your jewellery, please contact us via email at hello@tanyabardo.com providing your order number and details of the issue, and we will assist you. Jewellery that is found to be defective or unusable may be eligible for a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responding to emails over the holiday period after the 20th of December until the 3rd of January. Any returns or refunds will have an extended period to be organised with us to accommodate for this. 

If you wish to request an exchange, please email us at hello@tanyabardo.com. We will arrange the exchange with you. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note it can take up to three business days to hear a response from our Customer Service Team when we are in a busy period. The email account is not monitored during the weekend.

Warranty and Care

Our 925 Sterling Silver, 18ct Gold and 18ct Rose Gold plated jewellery all have a warranty of 12 months. Our corded items have 3 months with proof of purchase.  Please be aware that in order for the warranty to be valid you must return your faulty item to us in full in order to receive a replacement. 

Please note: Our warranty does not entitle you to receive a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items.

Any accidental damage/breakage can be repaired at a small charge. 

In order to keep your jewellery looking lovely for longer we highly recommend that you avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, bath products, chlorine etc. Clean with a sterling silver/gold polishing cloth.

Manifestation ritual instructions

Use your manifestation ritual when you first put on your jewellery, whilst you set your intention. This booklet, written by Tanya herself, will instruct you on how to use your jewellery to manifest your dreams.

Write out what you want this piece of jewellery to represent, and what you want to achieve with that focus. This activates your subconcious, and will remind it each time you think about your jewellery. 

Make your jewellery extra powerful with the moon

Manifestation is even more powerful at full moon and new moon, it's the perfect time to first do your ritual or to manifest new things with your manifestation jewellery.
