What brought this message home for me was seeing a butterfly. It is never a coincidence. It is a quiet sign from the universe. Step 1: Let Go of Fear
Place your hand over your heart. Take a breath and say:
“I am safe to start again. I trust the unknown. I am ready.”
Fear might still show up, but it no longer gets to take the lead. You do. You always have.
Step 2: Write Your Brave Girl List
Take a moment to write out two things:

Step 3: Anchor in the Action
Ask yourself, what is one small step I can take today?
It could be booking a course, going for a walk, sending a message, or simply saying yes to something new or no to something draining. Tiny steps add up to massive transformation.
Wear your butterfly and remind yourself each day:
“What I focus on grows, so I focus on the positive.”
Step 4: Affirm Every Time You Wear It
Look in the mirror. Hold your necklace. Smile softly and say:
“I am transforming. I am brave. I am becoming her.”
You are not who you used to be, and that is something to celebrate.
Tanya’s Top 10 Rules for New Beginnings
1. You are not alone.
God, the Universe, your angels — they’re with you always. Speak to them. Ask for signs. Ask for miracles. They are listening.
2. Sometimes things fall apart so something better can come together.
Let go of the struggle. The crumbling is creating space for your upgrade.
3. Trust the timing of your life.
Just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it’s not coming. Delays are not denials.
4. What you focus on grows.
Put your energy where you want your life to expand. Choose faith over fear.
5. Don’t forget to ask.
Say out loud each day:
“God, Universe, Angels, show me how good my life can get.”
6. Protect your energy like it’s gold.
Avoid gossip, drama, and numbing distractions. Your clarity comes from clean energy.
7. New doesn’t mean wrong.
